Store Policies

PRIVACY:  We do not share any of your information with anyone.  As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:  Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email Address, Phone number, and Credit/Debit Card Information.                               

RETURNS:  We offer the following Returns Policy:  If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund with 14 days after the day it is shipped.  You will receive a full refund less shipping and handling charges as long as your item(s) are in the same condition as they were when we shipped them.  Personalized items are non-refundable.

SHIPPING:  We will ship the best way; usually Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground.  Oversize packages may have additional charges.  To save freight, you have the option of picking up your order from us at a Show.  Please select that option when placing your order.
